   The time of comment display seem to way to be way off – I commented at 3:32pm. While it showed up immediately, it displayed it as 11:32pm

      Chandra, I changed the system setting to correct timezone PST now. I also removed moderation, so blog will display immediately. Let see how it works.

         Raj, I don’t think everyone can blog – folks can just comment on blog posts. I think you need to give authorization/access for bloggers or ask folks to send their blog post to you and you can post the blogs.
